About Patrick

Patrick T. Grady is the former Vice-President of the Tomorrow’s America Foundation, Inc. (TAF). TAF is an organization that develops and implements leadership workshops for adults and young leaders nationwide. During these week long programs, participants study the principals of motivation, goal setting, group dynamics, communication, free enterprise, belief in self, public speaking and creative leadership.

Patrick is President & CEO of “TNT” – Patrick T. Grady & Company.  A family of companies providing keynote addresses, workshops/seminars, stage hypnosis shows, entertainment, audio/visual/sound/light services and consultation services to organizations throughout North America.

He also serves as the Executive Director of the Career Education Clubs of Florida, Inc. and the Florida Association & Foundation of FCCLA, Inc.  Patrick serves on the Foundation Board of the Thomas E. Langley Medical Center as President of E3 Family Solutions and numerous organizations state and nationwide.

Patrick travels full-time throughout our Nation inspiring and encouraging individuals to do their best in all they attempt. He speaks full time to associations, corporations, chambers of commerce, civic groups, educators and young leaders.

He is the author of the book entitled, “Who Packs The Parachute?” and is co-author of “Teen Power Too” and “Teen Power & Beyond.”   Patrick is also a producer of motivational CD’s and DVD’s.  Patrick Grady is dedicated to helping others to improve themselves through the use of each persons individual talents, skills, abilities and mental attitude.  Patrick is a premier trainer with Dr. Spencer Johnson’s organization based on the book, “Who Moved My Cheese?” During his presentations, with true to life stories, he can capture the audiences’ attention. Through the use of humor, he is able to “hold the audience in the palm of his hand” and make very serious points.
